My husband and I were very pleased with the experience of working with Sir Grout. Leo explained the work to be performed and provided a reasonable quote. He explained the process and scope of work and what results we could expect. The work performed by the technicians Jefferson and Tony was excellent. There was a lot of square footage to cover but they worked diligently for nearly six hours delivering a beautiful result. We are pleased with our "new" floor and think it was a worthwhile investment.
Tony did a great job for us. Worked from 9:30-6:00 with very few breaks! He was very involved in all aspects of his work. Cleaned up after himself. Great employee!
